Way to go Mark! Keep up the awesome work team.

Just purchased a Prius. Mark Entress was a pleasure to deal with. He was informative, pleasant and straight forward. We were initially interested in a Prius 3, because it comes equipped with a rear view camera. But, when Mark told us that we could have a rear view camera installed on the Prius 2, and told us who does it,we purchased that model which has everything else we actually wanted. We've always been satisfied with the service of our old Prius at North Hills Toyota. Frankly, our buying experience was much better than our experience 5 years ago when we bought our first Prius from North Hills Toyota. I understand that the ownership of the dealership has changed since then. If so, it was a change for the better. We'd recommend this dealer, and specifically Mark Entress to anyone who's in the market for a new Toyota. - Phyllis
