Congratulations on your new Prius Mark! Way to go green.

I went to North Hills to have scheduled service done on my Highlander then stopped at the dealership to inquiry about a new Prius. I had no intention of buying that day but it turned out they had received a new Prius Plugin days ago, which is what I was really interested in. This model is not supposed to be available in PA and the salesperson, Jack Passoth, had only received limited training on it because of that. However, he was still quite knowledgeable of it and took his time to research and ask about what he didn't know. The sales manager, Steve Allen, was also very knowledgeable about Toyota's history and programs for fuel efficient vehicles. The finance manager, Dave Urquhart, had all the paperwork ready and went through everything quickly, accurately and professionally. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Well done. At an average of 160 mpg though I'm not coming back for a new vehicle for quite awhile. - Mark
